Drop in over at Chow to listen in on Josh Ozersky, Grub Street's meat geek extraordinaire, and Adam Platt, NY Mag's well vacationed restaurant reviewer, do their best Click & Clack impersonation while dissecting the NYC restaurant scene. Highlights include amusing discussions of today's rampant farm to table ethos, Platt's criteria for awarding stars, Ozersky's current "chef boyfriend" and, of course, David Chang's genius. The editing makes following the logic somewhat difficult at times, but it's still worth a listen.
