Lure Fishbar, Riingo

Two new videos on the site this week; Riingo which is located in the Alex hotel in midtown and Lure Fishbar, located in SoHo.

After several months of being closed due to fire damage, Lure restaurant has re-opened. While closed, Lure's owners took advantage of the situation and decided to change a few things about the restaurant. Aside from updating the banquets and adding a comfy lounge area by the bar, Lure now has a proper sushi bar helmed by the outstanding sushi chef Chef Tanaka Shigenori, formerly of Hatsuhana, Jewel Bako and Masa. Under the direction of executive chef Josh Capon, the restaurant is ship shape again.

This week's tidbit contains the old Lure Fishbar video so you can compare it to the new Lure Restaurant. There's also a one minute and forty second video of executive chef Josh Capon talking about the night of the fire.
