What a great idea for a restaurant. It's a Brazilian style steak house with a totally American feel. The "salad bar" (which is actually comprised of lots of pre-prepared appetizer type dishes) is unlimited and great for trying a bunch of different things. All of the meats are very tasty and presented by the chefs who prepare them. If you're looking for hearty food and the chance to eat gourmet until you burst, Zed451 is terrific. The bar scene is very vibrant for after dinner (if you haven't hit a food coma yet).
