the combination of a young inspired chef (Wesley Genovart) and a crazy compulsive owner (Jack Lamb)results in 3 star food and service in a welcoming (if small) space. This is a great way to spend an evening with one or two friends (groups of four or more are awkward unless you are seated on one of the two corners). The food is CRAFTED in front of you and the flavors explode. Desgustation is simply a great dinning experience!
