Critic Reviews

The New York Times Critic's Pick 10/19/05

Jim Botsacos...and Jake Addeo...are cooking some interesting but seldom seen regional dishes and creating a few delightful combinations that would never see the light of day in Italy. - Marian Burros

New York Magazine star star Critic's Pick

The menu at Abboccato may be jumbled and overwrought, but the food has a polished, uptown elegance. - Adam Platt

When he sends out authentic Greek food at Molyvos, executive chef Jim Botsacos is only telling half the story: his father's.

This small Northern Italian serves decent cuisine, although it seldom updates its limited menu. Service is spotty. Pleasant in summer when they open the doors for al fresco dining.
