Despite its unfortunate decor, the food is not bad, but not the most interesting or arresting. One tends to think of this restaurant without a sign as slightly pretentious with not much to back up that pretention.

Word to the wise, GO ELSEWHERE!!!!! I'd rather spend my hard earned money towards much, much more deserving establishments than this stuffy place. The food was mediocre, undercooked or overcooked or I don't know what excuse to give the Bobo team at this point. Weird flavors that didn't settle well with our palettes? Also, the beverage list, not impressive at all, very expensive and gives wine a bad reputation for those who want to simply, enjoy it. We didn't feel comfortable at Bobo, the service felt forced and the environment was tense-like, maybe we were there on the wrong night??????!!!!!!! What it's like on a Sunday, God only knows. You would think that they would want customers to come back? At the end of our uneventful meal and expensive glass of wine (nothing below $10 and my glass was dirty nonetheless), Bobo left us with a sour impression in our minds. I normally don't post bad reviews but I think the Bobo team needs to take a course in Hospitality 101. They seemed to only care about $$$$$$$$$$ and pretend to "really care" about your dining experience. The waiters looked stressed, some taking a cigarette break in the garden area. When our group left, the girl near the entrance said to us, "We do book private events if you're interested" and her words trailed off after that, we didn't bother listening to it. NEVER GOING BACK TO BOBO, SPREAD THE WORD.

A group of us went here and had a severe case of food poisoning. The management team (refer to their website) insisted we had food poisoning before we arrived there? We will never go back and will tell everyone about staying away from this pretentious, expensive, and lack of hospitality overall. I was skeptical at first, given the reviews I have read about the food, however, I was pleasantly surprised! The ahi tuna small bite plate was very flavorful! We had a group of 7 and not one complaint about the food! The service really lacked, and they even forgot to bring out someone's order. Ambiance was so romantic - the outdoor seating was lovely on a summer evening! I will definitely be returning for another romantic evening!
