Select from 40 specialty cheeses and an international wine list at this Hell's Kitchen bar and lounge....

On a recent evening, a waiter took it upon himself to explain the restaurants name: It comes from the Latin diminutive for house, and it kind of sounds like the word for cheese, so we like to think of it as the little house of cheese. - Andrea Thompson

I came here for a small birthday gathering. The wines were great, and the cheeses were fun. You can be as adventurous (we tried a spicy blue and a coffee wrapped cheese) or safe as you'd like. Definitely talk to the personnel. They're help steer you in the right direction though service is a bit spotty.
