My wife and I just ate there last night, having liked GUSTO, the owner's other place very much. It's a lot of fun and we look forward to coming back. Anne Burrell, the Executive Chef, said in the video on this site that she considers salt, bacon, and olive oil to be the "Holy Trinity" of her cooking. I had a porkchop there that gave me religion.
This may possibly be the noisest restaurant that in which I've ever dined. The food is quite interesting, but it's probably best eaten alone thus not having to have an unheard conversation with anyone.
