The gelato was awesome, but not the best I've had. Servings are small, you need at least two!

It's worth the time to go to the LES for many reasons. ILDG is one of them. Not to mention that it is across the street from the wonderful Tenement Museum. The staff is very kind and patient while you discover the flavor that you want to spend those calories on. Don't forget the hot fudge.
