Not just a meal but a primer in the respect for ingredients and the execution of restaurant service. The tasting menu offers a step by step progression to total gastronomic satisfaction. The "haute cuisine" really triggers the memory associated with comfort food and that is really a humbling experience but one that we will be eternally grateful for.

This one time premier dining place has been overtaken by food wanttobes, who are less demanding and willing to accept poorer preparations and poor service.
