3 of us went to grab a bite here and all ordered different things. Safest bet is to stick with the Minca Ramen. It was fine but not as great as was stated by the blog I read who inspired me to seek this place out. To each his own I suppose.
the minca ramen comes with tasty broth that's not too salty. the ingredients are nothing fancy. request extra pork slices and substitute the thin noodles with the thick and you're set.
