Good pork buns. There's a lot of pork on the menu and with that you can't go wrong.

Good restaurant but ridiculously overrated. I've had superior pork buns for under a dollar in Chinatown.

after two disappointing experiences last year, i decided to retry it. the momofuku ramen was much better this time around. more flavorful, far less salty. try the pork buns, sweetbreads and duck breast as well. octopus salad is on the salty side.

Yum yum yummy yum yum!!! It was a REALLY REALLY cold day here in NYC when I met friends here for lunch. Do try everything and share. Don't pass up on the brussel sprouts or cabbage. I swear I've had dreams about the pork buns. They're more like pork wrapped by light tasty pillows of bread. Do save room for Ramen too! I'm trying to figure out when I can get back there!!!

Blown away, even with all of the hype. Beyond the amazing Momofuku ramen, great fried sweetbreads, killer pigs tail with asian pear. Peanut butter/Crackerjack ice cream was a great chaser.

I mean... The hype of this spot makes it seem like they are setting the bar for refined asian street food. But I couldn't understand where the refinement was present in the pork buns, yes the pork was higher quality than you get on the streets of the Chinatown's around the country but for 4.50 a bun, that is ridiculous. The Ramen with pork belly was a great concept in a refinement of a perfect dish but how can you make a perfect bowl of Ramen better? you can't. The Belly was delicious but the beauty of Ramen is the balance of the bowl as a whole and the Pork made the broth too rich.

Pork, pork, pork, but quite well done. The bar thing is a bit annoying.

I rank Momofuku as one of the top 2 or 3 noodle bars in the city. The noodles are fresh and al dente, the broths are flavorful and hearty, and the toppings are unique and complementary. By the way, this isn't like your 99 cent freeze dried Top Ramen from the grocery store. These are big, hearty bowls of fresh noodles and toppings that actually involve culinary skill. Absolutely delicious and a must-try. Give yourself time though; there's always a long line here.

Despite some reviews saying that the place is overrated and not that good I decided to go. The pork buns were delicious and I easily could have made a meal eating 4 or 5 of those. My brother got the Momofuku ramen which was quite tasty and the best ramen I've had in the EV. I ordered a duck, noodle and sweet pea special which I liked better than the ramen. All in all a delightful experience but I if my brother were not paying I would have been disappointed in how much I had to pay for-i.e. it is a tad overpriced.
