Eatting at Ouest is always wonderful. Whether it's a leisurely dinner in the dining room or a quiet bite in the bar. The rounded seats in the lower dining room always make me feel like I should have on a gown and a cigarette in a long cigarette holder. The staff is always attentive - but no annoyingly so - and the food - YUUM!

Continues to be one of the best places on Upper West Side. Never dissapointing service, food, or decor.
