The food at Palma is justly praised. It's one of the most interesting Italian restaurants my wife and I have ever been to. Sadly, the service is one of the rudest we've ever had to endure. We went back a few times in the hope that it had just been an off night, but it became clear to us that no matter which night, the staff treated us with nothing but impatience and contempt. On other restaurant review sites you'll find two camps, people with experiences like ours, and others who had a wonderful time there. You may have the good fortune to be in the latter group. If so, I envy you.

This is a wonderful restaurant. I have eaten here many times and have enjoyed every visit. They have amazing food and good service. I have rarely had any problems there.
