i'm not sure it's the "best" thai restaurant in nyc as a lot of people proclaim but they consistently put out great food at really bargain prices.

beef noodles in dark soup, pork leg w/mustard greens and fried red snapper w/chili & basil sauce are my favorites. the outdoor space has a good vibe underneath the "cocktail umbrella" parasol. very fair prices.
