Michael Romano, the executive chef and part owner, does what he has always done, and done very well, which is to turn out jazzed-up bistro and trattoria fare with utter consistency. - William Grimes
My wife took me here recently and even though the bartender botched my drink order at the bar and the charm of the service seemed somewhat rote, the food was excellent and the overall experience was enjoyable.
Lovely place with with lovely food and atmosphere. One of our first dining out experiences in New York. Also love the corkage policy that allows for great wines from ones collection to be enjoyed with their fabulous food.
My waiter was new so I can't complain; he was incredibly nice and even took a dessert off the menu after serving it cold. Appetizers and entrees were lovely but the desserts were nothing to write home about.
