Chef Nate Appleman has taken over and the food is better than ever. Look for dishes like his signature pork shoulder salumi and terrific pastas. Great wine list and knowledgeable staff. - Michael Bauer

When chef Christophe Hille left last April Nate Appleman Hille's right-hand man since the restaurant opened in 2004 was a natural replacement.
